Our team of dedicated social-justice activists and advocates are working to increase accountability and transparency within local government, and to ensure that the voices of those most impacted by social inequities are lifted up and heard. We have been growing steadily since SJPC was founded in June of 2020, and we are so excited and grateful to have the powerful team that we have now!
Andi Bianchi

Program Manger
Andi Bianchi is SJPC's Program Manager, and first full-time staff member. Andi has been with SJPC since 2020 and has had the privilege of helping to build SJPC into the organization that it is today. Andi is a trans man who moved to Sacramento from Southern California in 2020 and has found community here within social justice organizing spaces. Andi is dedicated to fighting for the liberation of all oppressed people in our society, and to dismantling systems of white supremacy culture.
Sarah Rabanales

Community Outreach Coordinator
Sarah Rabanales is SJPC’s first community outreach coordinator, and second full-time staff member. She is a second generation Guatemalan-American and the first in her family to attend University. Growing up she witnessed first hand the racism and oppression that her family (including herself) faced, and because of this has become dedicated to fighting for those who face systematic oppression and abuse.
